How to delete instagram account
To permanently delete your account using the mobile app, follow these steps carefully:


1. When the app opens, go to your **Profile** by clicking the profile icon in the top right of your screen. This will lead you into your Profile page, where you can set up your account settings.

 2.**Get to Site **. 

In the upper right corner of your profile page, click the **Menu** icon. The menu icon looks like three horizontal lines. From this menu,

3.select **Settings & Privacy**


Within that section, click on **Account Center**, where then you can manage multiple accounts and connected services. Finally, proceed to **Account Deletion**.

4.In the **Account Centre**> select **Personal Information**.

5.Then select **Account Ownership & Control**

6. And press **Deactivate or Delete**. This section allows you either to temporarily suspend or permanently delete your Instagram account.

7.**Select Account**

You will be asked to select the account you wish to delete. Once you've chosen the right account,

8.click "*Delete Account**" and then "**Continue**". This will begin the process for deleting your account.

9.**Be Informed**

You will need to log in again with your password to identify yourself. This is part of Instagram's security measure to make sure it's a real deletion request. You will then be asked to choose why you're deleting your account. You can select the best reason explaining your situation and then select **Continue. Deletion Completion**.

After these steps, your account will be put on a list to be deleted. Instagram puts every account through a grace period—30 days—during which your account is suspended but not entirely deleted. From here, you have a chance to change your mind, recharge your account, and log in again. If you don't within 30 days, it is permanently deleted.
